However, please be aware that no data transmission over the internet or electronic storage method is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.  

9. International Data Transfers Your personal data may be processed by us or our trusted third-party service providers located inside or  outside of Georgia. Where data is transferred to countries that may not offer the same level of data protection as Georgia (such as the United States), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by relevant authorities or adequacy decisions, to protect your data in accordance with applicable law.

10. Children's Data Our services are not directed towards individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
